girlofpreyI have decided to do a Hollyoaks picspam. I'm genuinely not trying to convert anyone to Hollyoaks, I'm just really enjoying it at the moment and I don't really know anywhere I can go and talk about it. And the events of the past few days are slightly too brilliant to go unremarked upon. And, if there's one thing you can rely on Hollyoaks for, it's generally to be quite pretty. So picspam it is, underneath the cut.
First of all, pictures of the Leanne and Texas dressing up scenes, which it turns out are totally up on the internet for anyone to see.
This is Leanne explaining to Texas about how they are going to dress up, when she's already dressed up herself:

Extra-specially, Leanne explained and made very sure that Texas knew that Texas would be going as Rusty, a broken down engine, and Leanne would be going as Pearl, the beautiful engine he falls in love with. And Leanne is just sort of trying to get over her ex-fiance, who she's kind of obssessed with, and seemed to be starting to fixate on Texas as her 'best friend' instead. It was a bit like the most elaborate seduction scene I'd ever seen. Very beautiful as well though.

This one is quite lovely as it has Doug in it as well, because in true Hollyoaks/student halls style, they used to live together, and actually snogged once. I'm pretty sure it's from a scene where they'd just been burgled, but instead it looks like a The Event-style promo shot.

This is Leanne defacing a poster of her ex-fiance and the girl he now loves, and sort of loved even when he was engaged to Leanne. She hates that girl.

This is Texas, and ironically Lee, Leanne's ex-fiance, with the man between them is Silas, the man who (unknown to them) murdered Texas' sister. I'm not a big fan of this picture, but I do really love Texas' coat in it.

This is Texas in bed with Doug, which has also happened. She was finding dealing with her sister's death really hard and Doug is sometimes a drug dealer, so she slept with him so she could get some drugs to have to get her through her sister's funeral. I didn't watch that storyline, I have no idea whether Doug was creepy and took advantage of her and it was a kind of actual deal, or if he didn't really know what was going on and just slept with her and then gave her drugs when she asked for them. Or if they just slept together, and then she asked him for drugs and he gave them to her, and the soap mags and websites just made up the idea of being a deal. Doug's pretty much a nice guy, deep down, so I'm hoping and assuming it wasn't the first one.

This one I think is from just after Doug's girlfriend/soulmate died, so he's not doing too well.
Welovehollyoaks.com loves Doug, partly because of his amazing knitwear. Brendan Brady, the double B himself, also loves Doug a bit. He touches his face.

That was a slight tangent into Brendan Brady pictures. Oh well.
Ah, Hollyoaks. On a sidenote, I had to sit through an entire episode today where people kept going on about how an underage girl was "only fifteen!", when she was clearly 14. She had a whole birthdate, and they'd seen it, and she was just fourteen, unless my maths is very much out. She was born in September 1996, and it is now June 2011. That makes her 14, Hollyoaks. Sorry to say. In many other ways it was quite lovely though.
