Jul. 4th, 2018 11:27 pmI watched Watership Down again at the weekend, it is still so great, so traumatic but so good.
I briefly went back to Tumblr looking for Far Cry fandom and I immediately regretted. Like, we have to make a new fandom place guys. Seriously.
I have been starting at 12:30pm at my job for the past week or so, and instead of having me on the desk they have me in the office for the first hour, and now I've got stuck with the mind-numbing task of sorting out all of our temporary passes. And all of our passes in general, frankly. It turns out that the 'training' my manager was talking about was sitting me down at various machines and systems - while they were still in use - and saying 'play with them'. And me having to drag other people away from their lunch or whatever they were doing to ask what anything was or meant. These were systems that were in use, by the way. Tomorrow I have my counselling appointment, so for the first time I have to go straight to work from there, after leaving my house at 9:30 in the morning. So we'll see how that goes.
I'm tired and all the dead grass around is a little unpleasant.
