girlofpreyCraig does an awfully good impression of a completely gay boy being randomly seduced by ladies with powers. It was brilliant. He came quite close to getting raped in that last scene, didn't he? I also think perhaps this was not the best episode I could have chosen to watch with my parents ::head in hands::
It was very beautiful, though. I should really worry that I enjoy seeing my favourite characters so horribly abused/ill/taken advantage of. And yet I don't >:D
But - 'You can't touch me!'/'I beat them!': oh Craig. Poor, foolish, innocent Craig ::shakes head:: But I suppose now that means he has a demonic daughter running around somewhere, seducing people. Probably looking just like him. It's wrong to want to read 'The Adventures of Craig's Succubus Daughter'!fic, isn't it?
Other things:
So in conclusion, rather a good episode. And eeeeee, the Craig. And yet more proof, if ever we needed it, that Justine and Craig are NEVER EVER going to get together. And that it would just be really REALLY weird if they did. Like incest. And not the good kind.
I can't believe the series is nearly over :( DVD soon please.

Other things:
- Craig slept. This was very pleasing :)
- The bit with the little girl 'seducing' him was quite disturbing, however. Very Lolita.
- Oh Craig. I want you to have psychic powers too.
- I liked the rabbi lady. She can totally have a half-formed, vague fanfiction life in the back of my head. Possibly with Justine femmeslash, who knows.
- 'Innocent men' - this so totally Craig.
- I'm almost entirely certain (read: I really, really want it to be) that the park in which Justine and RL were walking is the same park Craig and Wade went for a walk in the Episode of Glory in Season 2. And that the flying leaves were totally a sign of Wade's worry/distress/disapproval. Yes.
- Almost all the scenes of Craig being ill inspired me with happy thoughts for mpreg fic :) Especially the one of him on the couch clutching a pillow to his stomach. I even thought perhaps it might be true, and that would be the last minute twist in the tale. But that's just my kink.
- Craig doesn't think it at all odd that a woman dresses in a satin evening dress after asking him round to check her house for ghosts. He takes a while to figure it out, in fact. This is why I love Craig.
- 'I've gone 20-something years without women throwing them at me' - awww/it's canon! Even more canon!
- And how old is Craig, anyway?
- Monaghan: 'Tell Craig to make sure he keeps in touch' - awwwwwwwwww!! I love my team!
- Other favourite lines: 'I'm normally very sympathetic to baloney!', 'I'm sure [Monaghan'll] understand, he's a man of the world'. I LOVE YOU CRAIG.
- I LOVE CRAIG. I LOVE HIS CAR, I LOVE HIS SLIGHTLY IMPROVED TASTE IN MUSIC, I LOVE HIS JACKET, I LOVE HIS APARTMENT. The numerous, numerous shots will make all my planned Wade-haunting fics much easier.
- I love Sea of Souls.

And Craig utterly failing with his colour/car thing. 'Cause closing your eyes and talking in the middle of the street isn't weird at all. Craig not being good at taking paid-for compliments, and Sarah having to display psychic tendencies to get his attention away from the interrogation about the dead bloke. Who seriously did not look as bad as Craig before he keeled over in the library. Was that exhaustion/soulsucking?
And Craig not expected in at work until 10. Clearly demonic powers go on the fritz sometimes.
Speaking of which Justine really cannot lie to save her life. Or Craig's. And Craig asking Justine to rate the woman looking for him out of ten. Douglas clearly should never go on holiday again, see what happens when he leaves them alone for five minutes? Craig taking the lady out for a curry, counting how much she eats and telling her she should be fat? See, Craig this is why women fail to through themselevs at you, either that or they just bounce off your oblivious self.
Poor Craig with the sickness, and tiredness and coughing. And the creepiness with the girls in the pharmacy. But with the rabbi!lady's aunt who taught Justine psychology - before/after/during her time as nurse?
And oops - half demon/half Craig entity running around is indeed scary. And he had still had his thumb ring on. Yay for continuity. :pokes you into working out a floor plan as I got very confused:

She has to hit him where he works! And no, the other guy didn't look half as bad as Craig (when he said 'you look shattered', I was all 'wtf?'). Maybe because he was resisting, and had to have it done against his will? Whereas the other guy had Love to buoy him up? I don't know.
When did Justine try to lie? I know she is completely rubbish at it. I have seen. Her 'emotional intelligence' working against her perhaps. Monaghan is just generally a fool when it comes to them. He probably saw how well they did last week, and decided to take a chance no-one would get strangled with a scarf.

And yes, yay for Justine background. Or it would be if I cared one whit about Justine. Well, she annoys me less. Anyone who takes care of Craig gets some credit. Half-demon/half-Craig is scary in a good way though :) Since he is already seemingly quite capable of seducing men without realising it. He always has him thumb ring on, since Season 2. It is great. Floor plans might not be forthcoming until I get the DVD, however. I was a bit confused too. If I can I'll rewatch the episode and get back to you :)

And some rambling about wanting to know what someone's last meal was, which is just morbid. And also with Monaghan on the phone - although possibly he would have been weirded out if she had called him because she was worried Craig was being drained by a succubus.
Monaghan is just generally a fool when it comes to them. He probably saw how well they did last week, and decided to take a chance no-one would get strangled with a scarf.
See, I thought - with the scarf/wedding thing - that he knew they were lying to him despite their pathetic attempts at deception. Or maybe if they get killed off he saves on wages.

:ponders Incubus!Craig!Junior: Hadn't notice ring save for 2.5-6. And the floor plans yes - particularly the size of the rooms, especially the bathroom, given he's living off a stairwell are just too much.

I've always been amused by Craig's huge, HUGE apartment. Ever since 2.6. Maybe he has really rich parents. Or maybe that's what he does with all the money he saves on dinners for beautiful women/forensic tests :D

Though dead!bloke (who probably even had a name) thought Sarah was his fiancee, so presumably they were having sex while he was, unlike Craig, both awake and conciously co-operating. Maybe that's easier on the guy. Do you think D!B! was sleeping with his room-mate too?

Otherwise its a bit of a coincidence, him living with one and shagging the other. Although if he met Sarah through Time-of-your-life...unless they both came along, and Other!Succubus! just lied about having lived with him for a few months. But I assume so yes.
