I am actually, actually trying to decide if I really want to buy a Rebus DVD, just because it involves John Hannah (aka John Wade) as a detective, looking for Iain Robertson (aka Craig), the son of his ex-girlfriend who has run away from home to apparently be with some actor whose name I don't know (aka Nick). All of these akas are Sea of Souls references which you might not understand. On the one hand I don't care so much for this Rebus show. But on the other THIS IS A THING I COULD NOT HAVE IMAGINED IN MY MOST BEAUTIFUL CRACKED-OUT DREAMS. But I was already planning to order The Mighty Boosh boxset and Blackpool this weekend though. Hmph. Decisions, decisions...

Dude, it is fine because lakester is amazing and sent me a copy! It skips a bit but CRAIG AND WADE AND NICK, it is omglorious! Mostly it is of Wade John Hannah having sex with a lady and being in love with her, but probably this would transfer to loving her son too. It is Wade John that convinces young!Craig to let his mother into his apartment. But Craig is ACTUALLY gay for Nick! Like properly, 'sometimes my boyfriend wears frocks!' gay! IT IS A THING OF GLORY! And mini!Craig so PRETTY! Omg the love! :D

At first I was amused but only vaguely interested. Now sometimes when I am alone, in quiet moments, studying or eating or some such, my brain occasionally goes '....Snake on a Plane!'. There is simply no way to argue with the brilliance of that title. Only imagine how soundly you are going beat/laugh anyone who finally asks you 'What's it about?'. Omg. Yes.
