Robin Hood Season 2

I'm finding myself mostly disappointed by the new series of Robin Hood. It was never exactly good, but there were more things I enjoyed about it last season. I did enjoy the shiny evil incest they gave us last week, but most of the rest of it is just...oh. Guy being all petty and vindictive over Marian jilting him is quite good, but I prefer Conflicted Guy to Evil Guy. And oh, the outlaws. I don't think it's right to go through a show hoping the main characters are sprayed with hot lead. I never particularly liked Robin, but he's just smug now, and they seem to have forgotten to give the rest of his gang any personality. Except Djaq. Briefly. Last week.

However - was there a bit of a Guy/Robin/Marian OT3 in the promo for next week? Complete with half-naked Guy? Because I am definitely be up for that. Dude.

Yep Half naked..naked... I'm up for it! Pretty much abandoned Robin/Guy... I've jumped ship to Guy/Allan! hot hot hot!

I sort of abandoned it too. Mostly because they weren't talking. Suprisingly more into Guy/Marian now - Guy/Allan is good but for some reason doesn't hit my buttons. But dude, next week's promo! "I'm afraid I can't let you keep these diamonds Gisbourne". Ftw!

I missed the diamonds bit...to be honest...I wasn't even listening to the promo...far too distracted by the nakedness!!

Yeah, I agree. Robin Hood was never that great, but so far series two has just been same old same old! I could hardly be bothered to even watch it on Saturday. Robin holds no appeal to me, he's too self-righteous and I get fed up with the writers trying to add a message to each episode. When the whole gang were shouting 'We are Robin Hood!'... *shudder*, I almost switched off.
