Am attempting to get on with the Francis/Spangler in Alaska! fic, but for some reason I keep being bombarded with Lemony Snicket bunnies. I want Violet to grow up and start a detective agency with Fernald. Very much. Also they should dance the tango, or some form of swing dancing, at some point. I blame Fernald's suits, they have corrupted me.

I read a Willy Wonka fic by japanpeterpan also, and it occurred to me the Baudelaire orphans should probably go to Willy's factory. Although that might count as a Fortunate Event. Which I suppose would be the challenge of it. Hmm.

Random

Another thing I learned today: all songs ever are cover versions. Was on the shop floor today listening to Light My Fire of The Doors fame, being sung by some random Sinatra-sounding person. Woman sung by a MAN. I don't know who, I don't care. Is everything I've ever been taught a lie? Omg :(

The baby is ill, with a temperature. Either I gave it to him so I get to feel guilty, or it's a different bug and he'll probably give it to ME while I'm looking after him, all vulnerable from my recent cold. Hmph. Well, so long as he gets better I suppose.
