Well. When the dad secret was revealed it was just a chorus of "ohhh!"s and "ohhh?"s from me and my mum. Wow. But it's a lot more interesting than if it was Robert, Zeedan or even Nick. But ohhhh.

I love how David says platitudes like he knows how fake they are, he just has to say them for the kids. Also I loved Sally and Yasmeen's talk. A lot. Tim and Sharif have no idea what kind of hell they're in for. Also hopefully Phelan.

I was really surprised too, about Steve. I'm glad it wasn't Zeedan, I'd assumed it was him when he disappeared, but then they weren't weird with each other when he got back so I was really confused. I don't know why Leanne and Steve would bother to try to keep secrets, they've both lived on Coronation Street most of their lives, they know the drill.

I loved everything with Sally and Yasmeen so much, I've loved their whole rivalry, I liked that Yasmeen wasn't above it, and just went for it. And then I loved their getting together. And I really liked Sally sitting with Bethany when Kylie died as well, she didn't say the wrong thing or do anything silly, she was just supportive and kind. I feel so protective of her since you told me about the people not understanding her. And I feel a bit like the writers read that as well and so they put in a bit to explain her past to the people who haven't watched it long enough to see that for themselves.

Late reply, but: I was a little unsure about the Sally-Yasmeen feud thing at first, because it seemed a bit like pointless catfighting. All the terrible stereotypes to worry about. But when I realised they were just trying to do a classic feud I really loved it. I'm glad they finally became friends though. Also, Yasmeen orangery really is beautiful. She and Sally should knock down the fence and just make one Superconservatory.
