Emailed that company about my statue and refund. They replied asking me for the carrier I sent the broken one back with, the reference number for the order, and the RMA (their reference number) on the box, so they could 'check' whether the statue got back to their warehouse.
I got the RMA from the email they sent me telling me what to put on the box, which was in the list of previous emails under theirs, and I used the Royal Mail reference number to double-check that yes, my box was delivered SOMEWHERE on August 3rd.
Sigh.
