  1. Jeremy Clarkson in 'still racist' shock

  2. I have spent the last two or so days thinking of particular songs, and thinking 'I will listen to that song on Youtube when I'm on the internet tonight', and when I get on the internet I can't remember what the songs were.

Jeremy Clarkson in 'still racist' shock

I know! Did you see during the 'slope' thing recently, the bbc basically made the statement saying 'we didn't know that was racist, we usually cut out the racist things he says'. Like not even pretending that the wankers who present top gear are in any way not racist dicks or that anyone doesn't know it, just that they usually try to cover it up a tiny bit so they can pretend it's okay. I hate them and I'm glad he finally said a word that you're not allowed to pretend might just be hilarious.

I am woefully underinformed about the story, I just saw an advert for a talk show with lots of clips about him, and my mum told me what had happened. And I failed to be surprised. Except I still was, oh my god, how the hell do you think that's okay? I heard he said something like 'I did say the word, but I tried really hard not to', which might be complete hearsay, but if not ???? It's super easy to not say the word if you're not in the habit of it, how does that make anything better?

I'm just glad they can't - well, the BBC might still try to claim atrocious racism is just our 'national sense of humour', but I can't imagine they'll have much luck with it this time. I just want him fired, oh my God, fuck off Jeremy Clarkson.
