Omg, I did not realise you were in the UK. Do you not know of Connotations (http://www.connotations.org.uk/), England's one and only annual multifandom slash con? Easily one of the wicked-best times I've ever had, even if the hotel treat us quite poorly. We were by the sea and had carvery dinners and cake every night, and panels on why British comedy is so gay, and slash pictionary. Very very good :)
