I am so sorry about all the stress currently and I hope that the work situation will somehow change for the better. Gah, the Sick Pay Form confusion continues...! At least the CEO believes you should be getting sick pay of some form from the company, even if your manager still apparently can't make heads or tails of the thing. 0_0;
Yeah, women have always been divided on the women/feminism front it seems...rather unfortunately, I think. But you're right in that we have to hope that the most helpful things win out in the end.
