You're right, Tumblr is a shitpile most of the time. Even a bunch of small-time tags I saw some awful crap - I actually had to give up on Tumblr for a while, and just started going back slowly for a few things. It is unfortunately where fandom largely seems to be these days. And the gifsets. I just don't get why some people are so desperate to feel superior to other people, and to hurt them - or to let their own anxiety take over them, enough to hurt other people over it, I guess. But idk. Fandom is weird and a shame nowadays.
