I'm pretty sure he wanted a dad, not a business partner. I've been thinking that for a few weeks, cause he kept making comments like "I hope I can get you to believe in me" and "You liked my idea, did you?" to Alan Sugar. I really wanted him to get to the final four, just because they always do profiles on the people and I'm desperate to know what this whole "I've always been on my own, I've been fending for myself since I was 16 thing was about". Maybe he'll talk about it on You're Fired. But I absolutely think given his behaviour, especially to the women on his team, he had to go. He couldn't manage or socialise with people, and probably a lot of that was immaturity and insecurity, but still. It was unacceptable, and if he got kept in despite that behaviour he'd just go on and do it again and again.
And it's a shame, because he did have some really lovely moments, and maybe I'm just fooled by a facade of niceness, but they did always seem genuine. When he put his hand on that woman's shoulder because she hated the process and wasn't good at it and wanted to leave. And tonight, thanking Nick and Karren and wishing the other two left in the process good luck. I've never seen anyone else do that. I genuinely hope he goes away and works on the good parts of himself, like Alan Sugar says. For both his sake and everyone he meets. Maybe he should go back to the forest where he was raised by wolves. Go back to your roots, James.
I really like Roisin, Katie and Bianca. Bianca didn't even really do very much, but she's still about a million times better than any of the boys left in. I hope they all survive till the final show. Mark talks about being a great salesman, but he still didn't ask the product reps if they could negotiate on price. And he was kind of lucky that that guy who wanted to buy 7 came along. He had one appointment and Katie had 3. Katie for final four.
