I was going to post that I'd lost interest in Far Cry 3 after [spoiler] died, but it's managed to pique my interest again. Well done I guess Far Cry 3.

I miss Vaas and basically wanted to rush through to the end of the game so I could go looking for fic with him in it, which I know there is some of, because I um read it before playing the game, don't judge me, I didn't think I'd ever be taken with Far Cry 3 for the story. I keep hoping maybe he isn't dead - like Jason (our hero) is sort of fucked up at the moment and all his boss fights are weird psychedelic affairs, so maybe he was just on ALL THE DRUGS and thought he killed Vaas but actually only severely wounded him. The fact people keep saying 'Vaas is dead' makes me think otherwise though. And now Riley is alive, which I guessed might happen, we only had word of his death happening offscreen from one of our friend's who is also fucked up.

And I kind of care because it would be nice for Jason to get out of this with ONE of his brothers, but then it sort of makes it seem like him leaving the island - which I'm guessing he's actually going to do - will just be an 'I have to do it for my brother' thing, rather than an 'I'm fucked up from drugs and violence, maybe staying on this island and being violent forever isn't a great idea' type of thing. Which just seems a little more eh and stock. But is still better than the 'these natives are actually evil, I need to get back to CIVILISATION' type thing I was also worried about. Although there's still time for all that to happen! We'll see.

I got my period today! I don't normally celebrate that, but I was super worried I was going to get it just before going to Nine Worlds, or during, so this is actually way preferable, come on body, let's do this.
