I really thought they would too! Or at least like, HINT at it ffs!
They all look the same in fairytale land as they do in Storybrooke (except like, Jiminy Cricket and the BBW if he turns up) and I'm pretty sure Doc was the guy seeing to Snow when she was in labour so I guess David Anders was just somebody else, frustratingly.
