girlofpreyA few minutes ago the phone rang, and when I answered it it was my aunt. I knew she'd want to speak to my mum or dad rather than me, and I was so prepared to not be the person she wanted that when she asked me "Is that Rachael?", I said "No".
My self esteem is currently in a slight state of flux.
In other news, watching Daria has become slightly harder since the episode where Jane joined the track team and she and Daria fell out and Daria started slightly losing her mind. Having conversations with herself out loud in front of her family, and not telling Jane when they made up "Oh, and I really messed my parents about, hahaha" type of losing her mind. At the moment Jane has a new boyfriend and Daria doesn't like it much and I'M SO WORRIED FOR HER. But I don't remember any massive break-ups from when I watched the show before, so I'm not too worried about where this is going. In other way, watching Daria has become slightly harder though since I realised I find Mr DeMartino more attractive than I feel like I should. And slightly ship him with most of his students. Oh well.
In other Daria news, it's not like most of my time watching is spent ogling Daria, but I don't think I've ever been more attracted to her than when I saw her wearing this outfit:
It's one she wears during a dream sequence, and I'm sure it's a reference to some detective show or other. BUT MOSTLY I JUST REALLY LIKE IT. ESPECIALLY WITH HER HAIR. Yay.
