It is nice just how few people are concerned at all about what happened to Tracy or who did it. And it's nice that Steve and Becky got to check with each other, because I was worried Steve would just think Becky had done it, and not believe her if she said she didn't, and it would just be awful. But no. Everyone is sort of vaguely banding together, when they can care at all.

It was when David had told his mum he was going to go sort Tracy out and then went to the pub for some reason, and while he was stood at the bar Anna came in to see Eddie who was stood right next to him, and was talking about wanting Eddie to come home to see Gary, because she was worried about Gary, Gary was acting really strange and was on the edge, 'she knew better than anyone'. And David properly looked over at them as they left, and I half thought he might race over to see Gary just to check if he really was alright. But then he heard Ken and Deidre at the bar talking about how Peter and Leanne were out and they might go out too, so Tracy was ALONE, and he decided to take that opportunity instead. And then the terrible thing happened. I like to think his worry for Gary in some way contributed to that confusing event, though.
