It is yes :) The two people kissing are the new Tates, sort of. The woman is not moving in for a few weeks, and the man hasn't technically moved in yet. But they own Home Farm now. The man staring at them from by the fireplace is the son of the just-exiting new Tates. But he's clearly the other man's true love, so you can probably count him as part of the new family if you want to. I LOVE EMMERDALE SO MUCH.
