Ibuprofen is very much not like paracetamol, as in it actually to some extent works. Paracetamol's not an anti-inflammatory and never made the slightest bit off difference to me, whereas Ibuprofen would as least kick in two hours after taking it, maintain a decent if not total block for four hours before bogging off and leaving me in the lurch for another two. But anything with acid in the title seems to work better again than Ibuprofen. So that's good. Lots of luck with it.
