Jan. 21st, 2020 11:18 pmMoney is a real pain at the moment too. I got rid of my dresser on Saturday - the charity shop wouldn't take it, but we managed to give it away online. I ordered my new chair, although it isn't coming for a month - a month till I can use it or see if it fits in the room. But anyway, mum paid for it and I have to pay her back. I'm getting paid on Friday, and I was thinking "I can get all the things", but then I remembered I get £800 a month, and I right away have to pay mum £100 for rent and £150 back for the chair, and then I'm going to start putting aside £50 a month for the PS5, and in a week or two I have to renew my train pass for £120. So that's £400 of my £800 wage gone right away. For the whole month. Money is hard. Mostly hard while I'm buying new furniture. But still. Hard.
