Which is nice, but suggests they either hurried it up for me because I asked, or - more likely - forgot about my refund entirely. Possibly because they already refunded me postage, but that was on a different order, so perhaps not. So if I hadn't emailed them I might never have gotten the money back.
So. That site is a) not likely to deliver brand new goods to you in a working condition, b) doesn't always tell you vital information about the returns process, and c) might forget to give you your refund.
It's a shame they have such nice stuff on there.
