Jun. 7th, 2005 06:33 pmHmm. I am going back to Nottingham in an hour - after much wrangling with my inner rage and debit card, and organising an e-Ticket on the Net, my father suddenly calls today and says he'll drive me ::is not amused:: But at least I won't have to carry my bag all over various towns, and I can send some of my horrendous amount of stuff back with him, haha. But I will not have the internet 24/7 (sort of) no more ::mourns::
Went to see my good, good friend Sam, and take her a birthday card. I love Sam. Sadly, she had another friend with her, and I had been girl of mystery and no warning, so I could only stay for ten minutes or so. But we will have all summer together, I suppose. She's going to university in September - has always had the brains and finally has the confidence. Media Studies in Liverpool. She made another comment about studying things 'coming easy for me', but she wants me to text her my results on Friday (wibble!) and see me after the weekend, so 'twas all good yay :)
Apart from that looked after the baby mostly. He's just thrown up about four times in twenty minutes - surely a record of some kind. I even took him for a walk, with my mother, in the brand new stroller Katie just bought. Which she doesn't really need and can't really afford, but wanted, so ah well. Le sigh. She had it delivered this morning. I want my package delivered ::taps the post:: Bring me Drop the Dead Donkey, bitch!!
Ooh, and read some more of Lolita. ( Spoilers )
Gah! I will have to wait ages to do interneting tomorrow. I hate living in two places at once. 'Home' is invariably wherever you're not >:(
