@ The hook-handed man/Lucafont/Fernald from the Lemony Snicket movie - sense I may have a new fandom
@ Movie!Pansy Parkinson, after learning she is in fact the rather snazzy chick on my Slytherin princess icon - hardly 'pug-faced'
@ The new Miss Marple movies - tragic love affairs, fabulous lipstick, and a foxy, cynical, behatted detective every week - last week, a Cockney Jack Davenport, this week, a secretly sweet Stephen Tompkinson. Grrrowl.
Essay almost finished, except not, but I'm not stressing so much about it anymore. I've written most of the stuff I want to write - will have written everything I want to write about by the time I go to bed. It will hugely exceed 3,300 words, but I can probably edit a lot of it, and have an idea for reorganising the structure which should make things a little clearer anyway. So, yay. Can move on to the language one, which will take lots of reading I imagine, but much less original thought, so will hopefully resolve itself into something doable.
Said I'd go out with my friends at home tomorrow, despite having exactly no money. Keep imagining what wonderful things I'm going to spend any Christmas money I get on, but sense it will all go towards paying back my overdraft. Sigh. But get to see my friends again, yay. Might not have time to get my eyebrows done first though. Ah well. Clubs are dark. Am supposed to be going to Leeds again tomorrow anyway, for fairy lights (yay) and research at the library (boo). Will also look up Romeo and Juliet DVD, and perhaps seek out Fudge hair stuff for trial. And stare at all the things I won't be able to buy after Christmas. Sigh.
