Right.
Hello. I have not been posting for awhile. Or, to be more accurate, for 5/7 days. I still haunted your comments boxes though, hah! I've been sort of re-evaluating the way I use and think of Livejournal, which I think was previously 'too much'. This SAYS NOTHING about what I think of other people using Livejournal, but I do occasionally get a bit wound up about it all. So I might be attempting to be around less in future, though I don't at all want to give it up. Or any of you.
I think I somehow managed to convince myself that once I had money for DVDs and books, a job to keep me busy during the day (possibly workable with a more interesting job) and constant internet access when I was at home, fandom would be ALL I EVER NEEDED, and it has turned out to not so much be the case. Or at least not the form of fandom where I live in a constant bubble in my head. So. I'm planning to put a bit more energy into picking a job that will make me happy, and getting on with being independent and living my life. And stuff.
I have wanted to make posts though. The problem with LJ is that it doesn't pick up on the fleeting, half-formed thoughts in your head and create posts from them immediately. That's a definite design flaw.

I have been watching:
- Garth Merenghi's Darkplace. I love Lucien Sanchez. He did a song. I think it takes a certain kind of mood to really enjoy the show, but I thought it was pretty good. And Sanch danced to his headphones! Love.
- Robin Hood. I love Guy of Gisbourne. Except sometimes when he's stabbing things. Though he did look pretty fine with a broadsword. Yeah, baby. I love that Will has an axe. And the Pillow Talk bit KILLED ME DEAD. Omg. Sheriff/Robin might become my new 'I don't really like either of them' OTP. Is there a New Robin Hood comm anywhere about?
- My Rex the Runt boxset from eBay. Yay.
- An episode of Boston Legal. I love Alan Shore. He wins all the cases and smiles sometimes. I'm not really that taken with Legal Drama as a whole, and Denny annoyed me a bit, at least in this episode. But I would like to see more of that Alan Shore fellow. Yes.

I LOVE YOU. I won't leave. I just need to - do other things for a bit, I think.

From this day you are a Priority Reference. Though fake. I could come do some housework for cash, to legitimise it a bit?

Mostly; a DEGREE?!? What degree? Tell me precisely how creative I am OH WISE AND JUDGEFUL ONE!!

Ah, I remember that Wednesday night. I didn't think you'd noticed ;)

I LOVE Darkplace. My favourite thing is the way how in the credits, they dive out of the way of the ambulance just before it actually explodes, lmfao.

I LOVE the credits bit! Plastic baby-run-dive-EXPLODE! :D I like the bit where Garth has never exploded - Dean doesn't know if anyone he knows has exploded - but he certainly made that exploding scene touching and memorable. Hee!

And Dean Learner, for he is cool.
Robin Hood was the slashiest thing evah yesterday, but I think they're doing it on purpose.

I love Rex the Runt. Did you see the Dean Learner spin-off on Friday night?

I saw the last five minutes of 'Dean Learner' and it was pretty good. The paintings were really funny.

Boston Legal is okay. I was not entirely prepared for how it is Ally McBeal entirely and not just vaguely. But Alan Shore is quite good, and him and Denny Crane are quite sweet at falling in love. Good.

I did quite bored in the middle of the episode when people who weren't Alan Shore were on, and yes, it was like a less focused Ally McBeal. But Alan smiled and won a case for a little black girl who wanted to play Annie, and the main 'handsome' sane attorney was all 'Alan thinks I talk too fast, Alan doesn't respect me, Alan thinks I'm a Ken Doll', and eeee! I found it yay :)
