I think I preferred the Italian commentator
I watched the European Champions League Final (yes I did see the game). I really have to start giving more things the benefit of the doubt. I didn't watch James Dean for years because I thought it was just about leather-jacketed rebels scowling at authority figures, until it turned out he cried. Likewise, no-one told me that football was about mostly failing, lovely legs, and beautiful hugging at the end. Oh God the hugs. Milan are great at them. They also won, and there were goals with kneeling to celebrate. Paolo Maldini is beautiful! Everyone loved him, and he got a medal and hoisted a cup. Possibly I laughed a bit at the sad Liverpool fans, but since the commentators were so horribly biased I feel it evens things out. "They're not giving the goalkeeper enough to do", or, maybe, their goals are just rubbish. I might get attacked for this. But oh it was beautiful! KAKA BELONGS TO JESUS.
I would have posted last night but I was a bit busy being freaked out by Anthony and Opie thing. Only a day and a half left at work before I get to go to London to see Pirates, and Cecilia. Before that I have to do washing up. Damn it.
Dear people. You may have seen adverts for a 'new' film coming out called 'The Hitcher'. You may have noticed that Sean Bean is in it. This is not in any way a reason to go see this film. Or at least let me come round and show you the original first. Obviously, I don't actually know how good or bad this film is going to be. But. Dude. DON'T SEE IT.
I have not much else to say. I hate adverts. At work I sometimes call Dunelm, and while I'm on hold they advertise at me. It's just pain. And I don't like the one on the radio for the local plastic surgery clinic who can "improve your self-confidence, lower your self-consciousness, increase your smile". And I don't like the one for Trent Windows (or someone), who basically say that they aren't faster or cheaper than other companies, but their work is just better, so just trust them, okay? OH GOD GO AWAY. That's essentially my feeling.
In other news, I have keys to Cecilia's house. Mwuhahaha.
