YAY.
Finished my degree, dudes.
Omg.
And also, YAY! The exam went okay. I had to stomp on my Green Wing squee, and revise for two solid days with essays I didn't completely understand, and was just about accustomed to the fact that I didn't know what I was doing, then started the exam and realised I sort of did. Unless it was rubbish. But I can pretend it wasn't for four weeks! I did not finish my second question. But I made an Essay Plan, so may get marks for my ideas anyway. Mostly it took a mere two hours, and was then over.
I do not know entirely what to do with myself.
My instinct is PARTY, but without drink (because I don't) and friends (who aren't finished yet). So probably there will be SPENDING. I have to figure out some way to get home where I can safely order things on my own internet, without actually going home, because I know they'll only try to keep me. Even if Katie does have kittens. Nottingham is shiny, and I won't have it for much longer, so I am determined to hold on for a while. Also the Broadway is showing Mirrormask this weekend, and I am so there.
Things I can/need to do:
Apparently I am still a student in the discount (and rail fare) stakes until September though, so hurrah! It's the best of all possible worlds.
Probably there will mostly be reading and DVD and watching TV, for a while. Emmerdale is pleasing lately, what with Carl and Matt tragically at odds again. Those interested will probably want to watch it this week - I have a feeling it'll be a Matt/Carl/Cain/Chas odyssey. And there might be Green Wing angst/funeral fic. I have been mostly rewriting tragic lines from Last Orders to that effect. Such as 'And the fact is, the sad fact is, that Guy really wanted Caroline'. And 'And it's not like I haven't said goodbye to him for the last time, if not the first. Goodbye Mac, Mac old love'. And they probably make no sense to you but they make me CRY REAL TEARS. In a good way :D.
And there are films like X-Men and Confetti to see, and Brick again, and oh. It's good, for a little while. Also, I sort of didn't watch Dr Who on Saturday, in favour of dinner with a long-lost housemate. It's recorded, so no spoilers please? Except - DID HE DIE??? ::fearful::
I apologise for any incoherence in this post. It's been a while and I've FINISHED MY DEGREE, DUDES! :D

Things I can/need to do:
- Start sorting out the Cuba trip.
- Ask about the HIGNFY viewing, which I think I was invited to(?). Do we know any more about sleeping arrangements? I need to know if I need a return ticket for that night, and to console my mother and tell her I'll be okay coming back on my own. Also when/where we'll be meeting? Is it Thursday or Friday? Do we dress up? Or down? Or at all? As well as various other seemingly trivial facts, I'm sure.
- Connotations. You need my share of the room cost. When/how much will that be?
- Um...get a job, really. About which I have no clue. My dad suggested teaching in Japan. Which is - yes. I choose not to think about this until I get my degree results. Which, given the strike, could be, ooh - forever?
- PARTY, dudes. Yet also mourn.

It is the Thursday 8 June, and we need to meet up at about fourish, at Waterloo station. Then we'll queue for hours because we might not all have priority tickets, so we need to be near the front. I'll point you to the glovelove organisey post when I make one. You can wear WHATEVER YOU LIKE, but if you come in a ball gown that will be good.
There are no other trivialities, no.
If you do want to return home after the thing instead of staying with us all at Cee's (me, Slemslem, alicamel, nerdcakes, calapine, whato) you'd probably want a train at about 11ish from London?
This is ALL THE THINGS.

I have emailled kitten and asked her what she is up to:) If she is coming to cee's then you will probably need to stay in a hotel, but there is a very nice hotel we know of in London and possibly I would forsake a night on the floor for a night sharing a room with you in a comfortable hotel bed, if that would be satisfactory with you, so yes. It will all be okay and I will wait to hear from Claire:):) ::dances you::
