I have been twice now and my brain refuses to have any recollection at all of how long it takes to get there. I think we will probably be looking at more like twelvish than eleven, though, because of trying to get everyone up and stuff yes. I have no idea when the con type bit starts proper registering, but I think when people ahve got there early before you can still sit around in the con bit until they're ready to start handing out badges and stuff, otherwise there's always the bar?
