The ones in Hammer Into Anvil, The Schizoid Man, and It's Your Funeral come to mind, but not Leo McKern, or the creepy little troll-woman from Dance of the Dead. Ew. The Hammer Into Anvil power dynamics would work very well too. Damn, now I have a plot bunny.
Though if you've seen the end of the show, #48 (The Kid) could easily be used for such nefarious purposes.
